The purchase of these cards represent a donation to the Youth Advocacy Centre and we are therefore unable to provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

In the event that your card(s) arrive damaged or get lost in the mail, please reach out as soon as possible to arrange a replacement. Kindly email Josh at communications@yac.net.au. This only applies to physical cards that have been damaged or lost in transit.
